# New channel for Moving Pen

After a big shift in my professional life this summer, I decided to create Moving Pen and dedicate both this site and my YouTube channel to it. 

Simply because I realised that I could have never made the shift without my daily practice of writing. Something I have been doing for over 30 years. 

So I decided to build a conceptual framework around it and share it with the world, and here we are. At the beginning of Moving Pen on YouTube.

It's been a bit of a process figuring out what to use the channel for. As you may know, it began as a completely different project where I would ride my motorcycle across Europe to visit wine producers and interview them about their life and craft. 

During this summer, however, I stopped working in the wine industry, and overnight I had to redesign my professional life completely. 

I managed to dust off my old toolbox as a facilitator, and within a month I established a new professional platform as a strategic facilitator for organisations and leadership teams. 

I'm totally happy about that, but it left my YouTube channel in the wind, and I haven't figured out until now what to use it for. 

I would never have been able to manage myself during this shift in my professional life without my Moving Pen practice every morning. It really helped me find the correct path forward by first looking inward, which is exactly what it's about. 

I know from experience what it can do for you, but I never designed a clear concept around it. Now it's here... and on YouTube.
